Why must we choose our diet and lifestyle wisely?

 Do doctors have effective treatments for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases? The answer is no. Surprised? 为什么一定要智慧饮食与作息?

  对于心脑血管疾病,医生有什么有效的办法治疗吗?答案是没有。 惊讶吗?医生自己,在患有自身免疫疾病、心脑血管疾病、癌症等难治疾病的时候,和你有一样的烦恼和无奈,同样无特效药可医,无法治愈。 

  医院是帮助急救患者尽量脱离危险的地方,但是对于慢性病,老年病,医生和医院的主要责任,是缓解症状,延长生命;是帮助患者有尊严地结束地球的旅程,使患者、家属和朋友们安心地接受现实。对于医生和医院治愈疾病抱有幻想,依靠现代医学提供的生化药品养生,自身不够努力,没有研究和实施科学的饮食和作息方法,最终是追悔莫及。

首要避免的食物就是:寒凉属性的食物。寒凉是秋季的典型气候特征。 

 包括物理性寒凉的食物:例如冰块,冰水,冰激凌,各种冷饮等。水不需要被消化,不需要人体内部消化酶,消化液,和细菌的作用,可以直接吸收,进入血液循环。在没有电冰箱,制冰机以前,冰冻食物一般是不会在夏天出现的,人体的自然功能设计,没有期待在夏天去感受冰冻食品。根据动物体的自然设计,在夏天享受冰块冷饮不是自然饮食和行为。皮肤觉得环境很热,喝下去冰水以后,肠胃却觉得环境很冷,腺体和神经中枢调节系统,对于这些不同的信号传递,就会迷惑,到底是冷还是热呢?长期的迷惑,就会造成神经和腺体调节功能的紊乱,明明是夏天,你的体内感觉到的却是秋冬的寒凉。动物在秋季,有比较充足的食物,自然界动物秋季的调节方式,就是增加脂肪储量,大家都知道,秋天的动物都在大吃大喝,长肥长胖,储存脂肪好过冬,于是出现的就是高血脂、高血糖,身体开始臃肿肥胖,尤其是脸部,下巴,后背肥胖,苹果型身材是心脑血管疾病的一个标志。充足的冷食,是身体肥胖的一个重要诱因。

  自然界中,春天食物稀少,尽管夏天蔬菜丰富,而果实类、种子类、谷物等主食严重不足,只有到了秋天才应有尽有。 春天和秋天虽然温度气候接近,但是自然界的食物供应却是天壤之别,所以你对于食物的选择摄取,决定了你的身体对于气候季节的反应。如果以秋天的状态饮食作息,增加体重,必需经历冬天的饮食和作息,才可能回到健康的春天。

  肥胖,是心脑血管疾病的一个标志。充足的冷食,是身体肥胖的一个重要诱因。动物到了冬天几乎不进食,一方面是因为食物缺乏,另一方面也是他们的生活方式。冬天有的动物冬眠,其他大部分动物也都不再剧烈活动,很少进食,相当于不吃不喝在冬季。春天醒来的时候,又变得亭亭玉立了。这个我们人类很难做到,所以要避免进入秋天的肥胖状态。

现代人,有空调,有充足的食物,有充足的冷饮,一年四季都可以是秋天。 任何时候,远离寒凉食物。这是重中之重。 

结论:遵循自然的道理,远离寒凉,春夏可以小补,主食少吃。秋天,冬天不宜大补 宜少吃,尽量保持春天的饮食和作息的状态。 

  化学属性寒凉的食物,就是指自然属性寒凉的食物和 生的食物: 

 生食,要在胃中经过化学变化,实现由生到熟,由冷到热的转化以利于吸收,这要耗费身体的能量。 

 自然属性寒凉的食材:主要是夏季生长旺盛的蔬菜水果,这些植物属性,能够化解炎热夏季的阳光,使植物能在高温环境下生长旺盛。比如苦瓜,西瓜,黄瓜,泥猴桃等,它们可以帮助动物消暑降温。为应对这些食物可能造成的过度寒凉,我们有冬吃萝卜夏吃姜的老话,姜和萝卜等都是热性的食材,可以抵消这些寒凉。在印度,东南亚一带尽管气候炎热,消费大量的寒凉食物,但是特别流行配合吃各种咖喱、辣椒、姜等热性调料,就是能够抵消这些寒凉,让肠胃健康,身体舒服。而在夏天从事消耗体力工作的人,由于产生大量的内热,反而需要这些应季食物来去热。如果你是心脑血管病的患者和高龄者,或者不从事出汗劳累工作的人,就一定要少吃。配合热性的调料辅料来吃。 

 

 高龄者和已经患有心脑血管和相关疾病的人,要吃适量的时宜蔬菜,少吃不应季的蔬菜。水果当中,苹果、香蕉、西红柿、芒果、榴莲、橘子都比较平和,或者偏温热,有利于心脑血管健康。 

 要避免能够直接进入血液循环,质地轻的酒精和反式脂肪,这些食物会让心脏加重负担。这主要包括:酒精饮料,和含部分氢化植物油的食物,降低饮食中的反式脂肪含量,比如各种植物奶油。

 尤其是棕榈油本身产自热带,生长快速,自然的凉性很大,会刺激心脏,加快心跳。不少加工食品,薯片、饼干、蛋糕等用这些油来增加食物的口感,高龄者和心脏病患者要尽量避免。 

  油类,就是脂肪,动物秋季的肥肉,和植物秋天肥满的果实都含有丰富的脂肪。如花生、葵花籽、油菜籽、大豆、坚果等,自带自然界秋季肥满的天然能量,都容易在体内营造出秋天的环境,让人肥满,对心脑血管产生负担,迷惑自身的调节功能。过食一切使人肥满的食物,都会促使人体的自身调节感受到秋天的迹象,从而以秋天的形式调节人体,自然就会促使人体过早进入秋天的肥满状态。高血糖,高血脂渐渐的成为常态。 

 可是,没有油的食物有些难吃,怎么办? 

能够帮助心脑血管的油类可以有,那就是:米糠油、玉米油、芥子油。油脂都有让人肥满的功能,而这三种油,能够消肿利尿去湿气,可以抵消它们令人肥满的天然属性。 

但是,一般情况下,我们在超市买回来的油,里面都可能有添加防腐剂,E307, 有时它也会添加在cheese乳酪里面,有时没有标示出来。所以冷轧,无化学添加剂的以上三种食用油最好。 

 

  避免能够增加血容量,使人肿胀类的食物。蔬菜类当中,包括大部分的瓜类,各种坚果。动物性的食品中,包括大部分甲壳类的海产品,贝类,无鳞类的鱼。奶制品,鸡蛋等,都会使人肿胀,增加心脏的负担。控制盐的正常摄入量,盐也会增加血容量。所谓渔民体质多湿气,其实和他们吃了太多海产品有关,大部分会让人肿胀,必须搭配海菜吃,海菜有化痰解郁的功效。 

  黄帝内经 素问 异法方宜论篇第十二 故东方之域,天地之所始生也。鱼盐之地,海滨傍水,其民食鱼而嗜咸,皆安其处,美其食。鱼者使人热中,盐者胜血,故其民皆黑色疏理。其病皆为痈疡,其治宜砭石。故砭石者,亦从东方来。 

  避免化学品,主要是加工食品中的各种防腐剂、抗氧化剂、稳定剂、色素、增味剂等成份。不管是化学成分还是合成成份,绝大部分不是人体需要,甚至是有毒性的,必须解毒和排出体外,增加了胃肠、肝脏和心脏的负担,破坏正常的生理环境。 有300多种食品添加剂在澳洲是允许有条件添加到食品当中去的。比我们使用的食材的品种还要丰富,它们当中有多少事无害呢?安全吗?其实要绝对避免食品添加剂在生活餐桌上出现,几乎是不可能的,几乎出现在任何加工食品当中。 只选择明确标示不含各类化学添加剂的加工食品,避免一切标识不明的加工食品,才是最好的办法。 

  尽量避免加工食品,如果不得不购买,一定认真阅读成份含量一览表,凡是有化学成分,也就是说有你家里厨房调味料中没有的成分,尽量避免。比如说,防腐剂,亚硝酸盐,酸梨酸钾等,会出现在你家厨房的调料瓶当中吗?如果在你面前,别人把它们放进你的食物当中,你同意吗?高龄者和心脑血管病患者,还应该尽量避免外出就餐,因为你无法控制食材和调料的来源,一般饭店使用普通的调味品和食材,含有很多不适合病人和高龄者服用的各种添加剂。一位年轻病人,因为去国外旅游,每天在外吃饭,心脏难受,回奥克兰以后,又吃了一顿富含防腐剂的比萨饼,最后在奥克兰医院做了开胸主动脉瓣膜置换手术。重要的事情,再强调一遍,尽量避免一切加工食品。 

  以前人们用酒精、盐、糖、蜂蜜作为防腐剂,无毒无害,但是它们会改变食品的外观和味道,现代的防腐剂大部分肉眼无法鉴别。 如果你吃一点就有饱胀感、腹部硬、不平软,说明内脏、筋膜、肠胃都是肿着的,有的人还会有一点恶心,前额疼等等,说明你已经防腐剂,添加剂中毒了。

  在鱼肉禽等荤类食品中,部分养殖的鱼虾和家禽类等,由于在饲养过程中,为预防疾病、传染病、和加速成长,饲料中加入了抗生素和生长激素。尽管有严格的用量要求,产品中的微量抗生素和激素残留,速生肉质本身的生物质,对于心脑血管病人来说,是非常有害的。 

抗生素能够破坏肠道中的微生物环境,使人胃肠功能紊乱。激素对心脑血管的产生刺激,打乱身体的自身激素调节,会造成病情的恶化。速生肉质本身所含有的肿满生物质,会使人增肥肿胀,破坏心功能。 

鉴别抗生素和激素类肉质的方法:一般养殖的水产品抗生素残留的特点比较明显,食用的时候,偶尔会感到淡淡的苦味。 

激素的残留程度,可以通过观察产品的质感鉴别,一般使用过激素的鱼肉禽类产品,含水量,含水率都比较高,感觉肉质水汪汪的,肉质肥满。 

心脑血管病患,要避免一切明确标注是人工圈养的鱼肉禽类产品。

 另外,喷淋过防腐剂的鱼类,在烹饪的时候,你会发现它的鱼皮有些异常,比较僵硬。而使用过硝酸盐的肉类,烹饪后肉质会比较红,都要尽量避免。喷淋过防腐剂的蔬菜,包装内水汽多,有的无包装蔬菜,水汪汪的,经常是被喷了防腐剂,购买回家后一定要先浸泡一段时间再下锅。 

 尽量选择优质的蛋白质来源,新西兰是个得天独厚的地方,野生鱼类,草饲牛羊肉,走地猪走地鸡,尽量在优质有信誉、流通量大的零售柜台购买,避免商家使用防腐剂喷淋造成的防腐剂残留。 在四季的食物当中,只有肉类是自然气候下,四季常有的食物。因此,适量的肉类饮食,是四季皆宜的。 

 

  煲汤料方面,要避免使用人参、党参、当归、大枣等等使人中满,活血行气的大补药。这些药材,都会使人肥满。对于大病初愈,或者妇女生产之后,身体处于及其虚弱状态的人,这些药材可以帮助快速恢复体力。但是,肥满是秋天的状态,普通人和心脑血管病人,忌讳秋天的肥满状态。大部分大补药,在大部分情况下,要尽量避免,这是现代华人饮食当中的一个误区。

 健康人过量进补伤身。补的不科学,实际上是有害无益的。 

大补的食材,如海参、花胶鱼肚、鱼翅等动物类的高档食材,这类补充体内胶质,可以少量食用。鲍鱼、燕窝等比较使人肥满,可以少吃。中药,植物类的大补药,很多是不利健康的。 

如果食用中药煲汤,宜用比较化痰、祛湿、温中的药材。 

煲汤:几个有利于心脑血管的煲汤菜谱: 

1,白芷、巴戟天、白菜、白萝卜、生姜、八角、大骨汤。 

2,老鸡生姜、白芷、山奈、香菇、竹笋、八角汤。 

3,牛腱肉、荜茇、茴香、八角、胡萝卜汤。 

4,花胶 、卷心菜、胡萝卜汤。 

5,鸭架白芷、生姜、八角、土茯苓、白萝卜汤。 

6,排骨、玉米、海带汤。 

7,鱼翅蛋花羹。

8,玉米羹。增加肠蠕动,利尿。 

以上所有的汤中,可以根据个人的喜好,自由添加各种菌类。蘑菇木耳、冬虫夏草等。

  那么对于心脑血管疾病的保健,什么食材应该吃呢? 

心脏是个非常复杂的器官,主要由心肌,瓣膜,内膜和血管组成,要有一套完整的食物链来保养。 

对于心肌,重点是精品蛋白质和钙的摄入。缺钙的人会抽筋,这是常识,心肌的跳动,主要是钙离子来控制的,钙离子代谢紊乱,不仅抽筋,也影响心肌的功能,心肌也是肌肉的一部分。常用的降压药,钙通道阻滞剂,就是利用阻碍钙离子的吸收和活性,降低心肌的跳动能力来实现的,但是会伤害心脏,浑身疲劳。你可以吃钙质丰富的肉类,甚至直接吃补钙的保健品,豆腐等豆制品。豆油令人肥满,病患要避免,但是大豆蛋白,豆芽可以。蛋白质方面,主要是天然草饲精品廋肉和天然野生鱼类为主。 

  对于内膜和血管的保健,比较高端的补品也许就是花胶鱼肚了。当然,猪脚、牛筋、牛腱肉等,这些胶原蛋白丰富的食材,也非常好。鸭肉有利尿的作用,可以常吃烧鸭,和鸭骨汤。蔬菜方面,主要是有韧性的大叶蔬菜和果实,比如油菜、大白菜、菠菜、卷心菜、圆葱、丝瓜、茄子、海带、木耳、银耳等。 

 对于血管的保健, 有益的蔬菜有空心菜、丝瓜、芦笋、竹笋、芹菜、茄子、丝瓜、等。所有的食用菌类,即各类蘑菇、木耳等,都对血管和内膜有帮助,可以常吃。 

 促消化,增强胃肠功能的蔬果,其中西红柿非常能够帮助消化,比萨饼含有大量的面食和奶酪,不易消化,使人肿满,必须配合西红柿酱,才吃的下去,西红柿和老陈醋有着相似的功能,促进消化。芥末酱,也是化痰的好佐料。另外各种海菜、海带等,大蒜拥有化痰的功效。 

  调味料当中,葱姜蒜是华人烹调中的必备品,姜有暖中下气的作用,蒜有解腻化痰的作用,可以常用。而葱、圆葱、桂皮等有向外发散发汗的作用,适合在春秋夏季比较温暖的季节食用,冬天就要适当减少用量。同样羊肉,鹿肉等也是比较发散发汗的食物,还有其它被定义为发物的食物,比如甲壳类的海产品、贝类、无鳞鱼等,冬季食用会给心脏造成负担。 

  豆类食品,除了绿豆、薏苡仁比较寒凉,黄豆、花生比较使人肿满以外,红豆、鹰嘴豆、芸豆、四季豆、豌豆等,成熟于夏季,富含淀粉,有祛湿的功效,可以吃。 

  单独强调一下花生和黄豆,成熟于秋季,它能够增加血液黏度,降低血液的流动性,不可以生吃。含有花生、花生油的食品心脑血管病人应该尽量避免食用。黄豆做成豆芽和豆腐,它的脂肪成分被改变了,就可以食用。 

  一切成熟于秋季的植物食品,都应该谨慎选择和食用。因为其中大部分都拥有使人肥满的自然能量。它们的共同特点是:成熟于秋季,富含糖类、淀粉和油脂。地瓜、土豆、面粉、坚果等,要智慧选择和搭配化解肥满的辅料来吃。 

 

  以春天的方式饮食作息:主食方面,不宜饱食,尤其晚餐不宜过晚、过饱,以七分饱,不饿为宜。为什么要坚持不饱食呢?因为,不饱食是春天的饮食方式。  自然界的动物在春季,食物贫乏,以嫩芽为主,较少吃饱,这是春天里自然的气象。要使我们身体处在一个春天的状态,亭亭玉立,生机勃勃,既不要过度饮食,也不要过度运动和消耗,以自然界春季的方式进行饮食和作息

 大部分植物经历春天的生发,欣欣向荣的状态,夏季旺盛的生长,到了秋季奉献肥满果实,秋季却是自身凋零的季节。所以要让身体的内环境保持在春天的状态,避免秋天状态。全素食饮食,往往对身体健康有帮助,其中一个原因就是,和肉食相比,素食可以减少人体整体的能量摄入量。

 

 不宜吃过多的面食和米。米和麦子,作为秋季的果实,拥有使人肥满的自然的能量,必须和能够解除肥腻的食材和香料搭配进食,才能有益身体健康。 

面食使人中满、腹胀,山西人吃醋驰名,四川和朝鲜以泡菜闻名,因为他们以面食为主,需要解除面食的满腻。洋人吃大量的西红柿、芥末酱,泡菜 解面食腻。米饭使人肿满,日本人配合海苔、辣根、萝卜、纳豆来解大米的满腻,印度、东南亚地区则进食大量的咖喱香料解腻。面食最好选择低筋粉和无麸质的面粉,容易消化。最利于心脑血管的主食是玉米,它能够利水消肿。可以单独食用,也可以在普通米面中添加玉米面,搭配食用。

如果在发病阶段,必须严格按照要求饮食,争取快速改善症状。健康人要搭配咖喱、醋、西红柿、蒜、姜、辣椒等帮助消化的辅料来吃。 

   起源于潮湿和热带地区的食谱,比如川菜、泰国餐、马来西亚餐、越南餐等,比较适合在温暖的季节消费。而冬季则是日本料理、韩国料理、鲁菜、西餐等的季节。 

  单独强调一下粤菜,由于它强调食材新鲜,烹饪方式和品种非常多样化,可以选择的菜式也非常丰富,是可以四季光顾的最优选择。

无论多么可口的美食,一定要少吃。
